The Criminal Justice Technology program offered at York Technical College provides a curriculum designed to help students understand the criminal justice system and its operations. Students are taught by diverse and experienced, current and retired, law enforcement members who serve as mentors to prepare students for successful careers in public service and protection. York Technical College offers two criminal justice programs: a two-year degree program and a one-year certificate program. Our programs include a variety of class options such as lecture, hybrid and online to best fit your needs.

York Tech has strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies. In fact, in a unique collaboration, the College will offer its CRJ 101 class this fall at the headquarters of the Rock Hill Police Department.
