Tuition Savings
Our tuition is lower than most four-year colleges and universities, and we have nearly 90 programs to meet your educational needs. You can earn a degree, certificate, diploma, or prepare for a professional certification. Complete your associate degree with us and then pursue your four-year degree at another institution at a fraction of the cost.
We offer classes close to your home or work, with our main campus in Rock Hill along with off-campus centers in Chester and Lancaster counties.

The Smart Path to a Bachelor’s Degree
If your goal is a bachelor’s degree, success begins at York Tech. Our University Transfer program gives you the opportunity to complete the first two years of your bachelor’s degree conveniently and affordably. Students in this program earn an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science Degree and are prepared for a smooth transition to the four-year college or university of their choice.
Seamless Transfer Opportunities
Our transfer (articulation) agreements with a number of colleges and universities ensure that credits from specific courses will transfer. York Tech has formal agreements with Winthrop University, College of Charleston, South Carolina State University, University of South Carolina, and Lander University. These “articulation” agreements take the mystery out of transferring the credits you’ve earned at York Tech.
Bridge Programs give you the opportunity to begin your college career with us then—as seamlessly as possible—pursue your undergraduate degree at a senior college or university. York Tech has Bridge Programs in place with Coastal Carolina University, College of Charleston, Lander University, and the University of South Carolina, and Winthrop University.
