That\u2019s why York Technical College strongly encourages prospective students to take part in a campus visit. It\u2019s one of the best ways to see if the \u2018fit\u2019 is right for you. Here are a few ways to make your visit experience more valuable:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans Bold';\">Plan early. <\/span>Choose a day where you can be relaxed and you don\u2019t have to worry about rushing somewhere else.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans Bold';\">Come prepared with questions of particular interest to you.<\/span> We\u2019re willing to personalize the visit to meet your needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans Bold';\">Look for an opportunity to talk with students <\/span>and college staff about their experiences at our college.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans Bold';\">Take notes and snap a few photos.<\/span> We love showing off our facilities and it can help you keep all the details straight.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans Bold';\">Involve your family in the process.<\/span> They have a stake in this too.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans Bold';\">Take the tour even if you feel you\u2019re already familiar with the campus.<\/span> There\u2019s always new improvements going on.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans';\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans Bold';\">Spend some time in the student center or other central g<b>athering spot.<\/b><\/span> It will give you a good sense of the college\u2019s overall atmosphere. They are also good places to check out information on student events and activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans';\">York Technical College currently offers two types of campus tours:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans Bold';\">Blue and Orange Tour (General Campus Tour)<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Droid Sans';\">This tour provides an overview of the York Technical College Campus, with exposure to the entire academic program suite.
